NEW: Bishop pledges to 'go carefully'

Bishop Tim has spoken of his intention to 'go carefully' as he begins work in the diocese of Winchester.

In conversation with broadcaster, Debbie Thrower, as part of a DVD project sent to every parish in the diocese this week, the Bishop spoke of his childhood in East Africa and his work leading the Church Mission Society (CMS).

It is anticipated that the interview will be shown in services of worship to form the basis of discussion and reflection among church communities, but it can also be viewed here:
